As I was sorting through pictures, I made a discovery. My children are very contemplative people. Or maybe just when I take their pictures. They all get this look in their eyes as if the weight of the world is on their shoulders! They do laugh sometimes, promise!
Here is a sampling of my contemplative children!
I wonder sometimes-- what is it that keeps them so somber? What are they daydreaming about? It is probably a simple thought-- mom, stop taking my picture! Or, I am so tired, is it bedtime yet?

You definatly got some heavy thinkers. The first one of your boy looks as if he's planning he's next move of mischief.
What a great gift to have children that use their imaginations and think things through.
